We are three months into the official unveiling of One Paseo in Carmel Valley. It was designed in a “coastal country” style with open spaces, fire pits, a public art plaza, and more. The sprawling, mixed-use complex from developer Kilroy Realty sits at the corner of Del Mar Heights Road and El Camino Real and spans 608 apartments, a three-story parking garage, and 96,000-square-feet of retail space. This retail space will feature over 40 shops and a mix of local and national eateries that will be on a rolling open through the summer.
